I struggled from the start by messing up my introduction. However, I did get the main point across that Hell Week is part of the Navy SEAL training. I did not feel like telling my sources but I should have. I am no expert and a non-expert needs to use do that. I used "so" and "uh" a lot so I did not do well with language. As for clarity, I overlooked finding the names of some things like Oman. As has been the case, I went long.
